Milligan manages all facets of the hiring process by working directly with HCTRA human resources and the department heads. Our responsibilities include:
Collaborating with HCTRA staff to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Advertising opportunities via multiple platforms and conducting comprehensive resume reviews.
Coordinating all interview logistics, including conducting multiple rounds of interviews to ensure a thorough evaluation.
Conducting resume validation, references checks, and background screenings following HCTRA’s requirements in addition to our own.
Facilitating the offer process following HCTRA’s selection of a candidate.
Managing all onboarding tasks such as compliance education, orientation to ensure the onboarding process of the new employee.
On average, we review about 200 resumes and conduct 10–15 interviews per position, and most roles are filled within 4–6 weeks. Over the years, we have filled over 50 specialized vacancies in HCTRA’s workforce.
After hiring, Milligan employees at HCTRA receive support such as regular check-ins, equipment provisioning, continuing education, social events, and annual performance reviews. They also receive the full benefits package that all Milligan employees receive.
Our goal is to cultivate valuable team members for HCTRA and support them in their journeys to becoming full-time HCTRA employees. Most spend an average of two years with Milligan before making the transition. In 2024 alone, 15 Milligan people took full-time positions at HCTRA.
